Subscriptions & Refunds Policy

1. Subscriptions

Tête-à-Tête offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features including expanded practice sessions, detailed feedback, and advanced progress tracking.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can view your current subscription status in your account settings.
  • Premium features become available immediately upon successful payment.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers:

  • iOS App: Payments processed via Apple App Store
  • Web: Payments processed via Stripe (also available to Android closed beta users)

We do not store your payment card details directly. All payment information is handled securely by our payment processors.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your account will revert to free tier features after the billing period ends.
  • Your practice history and progress data will be preserved.

How to Cancel

  • iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Tête-à-Tête → Cancel Subscription
  • Web / Android (closed beta): Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel

4. Refunds

Refund policies vary depending on where you made your purchase:

Apple App Store Purchases

Refunds for iOS app purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

Apple reviews all refund requests and makes the final decision. See Apple's refund policy for more information.

Web Purchases (including Android)

For purchases made directly on our website, please contact us at support@tete-a-tete.ai within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change prices:

  • We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
  • Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notification period.
  • You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
